[WriteLog] Unable to Log

This is a 'beware' post.

I started using two monitors with WL but found that if the received text 
window is on the secondary monitor, the 'click to insert into log' function 
does not work.  FYI, if you use two monitors, it is best to put the rx text 
window in the MAIN monitor.  Everything then works perfectly.
