I have had great results with SIIG "Quartet" PCI and PCIe serial cards with a 4
port dongle attached.Vigilant and patient searches on eBay has resulted in some
cheap purchases new and used.
I have never had RF issues with them but I always use snap-on ferrite chokes on
literally everything in the shack
leaving nothing to risk at full power.
