[WriteLog] How do I stop WL from jumping from qso entry window to Packet Spots window?

Annoying problem I've had during both ARRL CW & Phone contests was if working 
in the qso entry window, and tabbing in that window as I made entries the 
program would jump the cursor to the packet spots window to highlight a new 
spot or when when the packet spot window refreshed the list.. I'd have to 
manually to refocus the cursor back to the qso window to complete the entry.. 
In earlier versions I've had azimuth sort on without this issue.
Why is it doing this? What is set wrong? How do I inhibit the packet window 
refocus/refresh issue everytime a new spot comes in. Using 12.02L right now..
