I think you need to put
localhost and port 7300
When you put ve7cc-1 and port 23 you should connect direct to the node
and not to the program.
the others computers should connect via local network with the
computer's ip where the ve7cc is running.
Be sure also that you hae setup ve7cc program to allow connections
