For running, it doesn't matter since working dupes is faster than discussing
the issue.
For S&P, it is a problem because there is no dupe check unril after the QSO is
logged and copied to WriteLog.

Probably the same on RTTY Roundup, WriteLogUdpListener worked with WriteLog
