[WriteLog] Can't Install SM6SRW.exe

Upgraded my computer, it's still Windows seven. Re-Installed WriteLog
version 12.21 and the registration.
I also installed mmtty engine 168a and when I click on SM6SRW to install a
window opens telling me* WriteLog must be Installed.* I tried few times no
success.What can I do to solve this
