[WriteLog] WL and Bandmaster III

Hi,

I'm trying to get WL, rather than my rig, to tell a Bandmaster III which
band to switch to. (there's a good but complicated reason)

Appreciate any help with configuring the WL port settings.  (I'm using
USB cable between the computer and Bandmaster III)

Radio is IC 7600 and laptop with WIN 7.
