[WriteLog] Bandmaster help

Just installed a couple of BandMaster V's and everything is working as it 
should with the exception Writelog bandmap. Does anyone have and experience 
with this problem? I could really use some help on this.
I am using a Icom 7600. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
