WriteLog version 12.83 is a free upgrade for anyone who has purchased the
full version of WriteLog since September 2023.

New in version 12.83 since 12.82:
* WAE QTC display sent QTC numbers even if QSO would be a dupe on this band.
* WAE, when QTC sent/received forces logging a dupe QSO, log a ZERO NR
instead of blank.
* WAE receive and send QTC dialog, fix failure to honor TAB/SHIFT+TAB keys
to move among dialog controls.
* Maryland-DC QSO Party rules update.
* The Vox Notification automation added in previous release sometimes
crashes WL if the client cancels notification during WriteLog’s VOX
notification call.

Updating to 12.83 does not automatically update the necessary multiplier
files. You must also File/update-data-files in WriteLog to download them.
For anyone choosing to run WriteLog without upgrading, you still want to
File/update-data-files in WriteLog to get the multiplier updates.
