Happy New Year! WriteLog version 12.93 is a free upgrade for anyone who
has purchased the full version of WriteLog since Dec 2024.

New in version 12.93 since 12.92:
- Bring back digital signature, but a (free) self-signed cert this time.
- Special Rig port DTR for certain USB COM ports, DTR_CONTROL_ENABLE.
- Add support for Text-To-Speech using an http server.
- Fix bug introduced in 12.90 that, on trying to OK the Cabrillo input
dialog, if a required entry is missing on a hidden tab, it complains but
fails to change to the tab it is complaining about.
- Fix the “split after the last digit” logic introduced for WAV files in
12.91

Updating to 12.93 does not automatically update the necessary multiplier
files. You must also File/update-data-files in WriteLog to download them.
For anyone choosing to run WriteLog without upgrading, you still want to
File/update-data-files in WriteLog to get any multiplier updates.
If you encounter an issue launching WriteLog after upgrading to version
12.93 then it is likely because your Windows installation is missing an
updated library. To fix this, simply go to Microsoft's webpage and install
their latest C++ redistributable kit:
