[WriteLog] MI QSO Party Update

Hi Folks,

The MIQP has added "DC" as a multiplier.  To get this update in WriteLog:

1. Start WriteLog
2. File -> Web Update Data Files
3. Download and apply the updates
4. Restart WriteLog

QSO Party season is heating up and I'll see you later this month in the
Florida QSO Party!
