Caution: The SB-220 control relay can cause serious damage to a transceiver.
It
has a 110 Volt DC coil, and NO catch diode. Even if the transceiver uses a
relay to control the amplifier, it can be damaged.
The catch diode can be added, which MAY make it safe to switch with the
relay in the transceiver. A safer approach is to use a buffer relay with
a low voltage coil and a catch diode. The catch diode should still be added
to the SB-220 to protect the buffer relay contacts.
