I want to thank all of you who answered my question on getting the
8100r rig. I received the rig Friday, and in 5 minutes decided it was
not for me. I mean the freq display was fine but the lower line
of info, shift, tone, scan, is too small for me to read. It seem everyday
these rigs are getting smaller, and harder to read. Anyway I am returning
it, and getting a 2600M rig. I am used to the 2500M rig so it should
be fine. Question: anybody have a 2600M rig??--Do you like it??
Thanks again Stan KC2ADC
