I finally pulled apart my recently purchased old FT-101EE and noticed a =
Fox Tango filter in the the CW filter position. The numbering on the =
label is kind of smeared but it looks like a 3179 KHZ (600 HZ filter?), =
the model looks like YF 31H60. The reason I was surprised to find this =
filter was that there is no difference in receive between the SSB and CW =
positions! What can go wrong with a crystal filter? Anyone ever had a =
similar problem? Any thoughts or info on this would be appreciated. TIA.
