I know there are many on this reflector who can do a better job of translation
but since this is Carlos' second try I'll jump in and maybe leave with a red
face..
The general drift is that his FT-840 display becomes intermittent after a
while. Someone suggested that he clean the crystal(?) and the PLL. It
apparently corrected the problem for 3 minutes and the problem returned.
Someone in the group replied and told him to submit in English and he is going
to try using the translation on his computer but he doesn't know how well it
will work. (My comment: probably won't). How about one of you bilingual guys
giving Carlos some help. I think I have just proven I'm not.
