Here is my question to and the response I just got from RF Parts:

Eduardo, CO8LY, is looking for a couple of 2SC2290s or two 2SC3240s,
which apparently are the finals in a Yaesu FT-747 transceiver.
1) What would a pair of either of these cost?
2) Do/can you ship to Cuba?
3)If so, how much would the shipping be?
RF Parts response:
We have the 2SC2290A Matched Pair Transistors for $43.90 per pair.
Unfortunely we are prohibited by law to ship to Cuba. Please advise if
you have an alternative shipping address let me know.

So having said that, what next? Timing is everything, and they may not
get to your friend VE3BW in time. Is Canada allowed to mail technical
merchandise to Cuba? Are we even positive that two 2SC2290A's are what
is needed and will actually work?
