I want to second a previous post which asked about loading. Is your amp fully loaded?, because Ig is somewhat high and plate current has what I guess is a one tube value at full output. Best regards

That happened to a friend's 813 linear amplifier!. There was a barely notable "Tic...Tic..." every a few seconds. Because we had no choke at hand, it was temporarily solved with a 68 K 2W resistor in

Few years ago I built a small dummy load (5W) for a friend, who wanted to use it at VHF (2M). With the resistors available, I had to add an inductor in parallel with the three 150 ohms, 2W resistors.
