Thank you Bob, The computer is selecting the correct sound card. It does receive properly from the LINE OUT on the read ACC1 of the OMNI VII. I tried setting it to LINE INPUT and upped the gain to 65

It's a commercial interface I got from eBay called EASYDIGI that appears to not be conveying the transmit audio through to the ACC1 connector. More results soon. Best regards - Bry Carling

I don't think it's the signal levels unless there is a bad connection insid ethe Easy-DIGI or her connected it to the wrong pin on the ACC1 cable. There is plenty of audio coming out of the laptop.
