Single trunked trees work very FB for yagi installations. I've installed a bunch of yagis - including 2L 40's - in trees over the years and they work like gangbusters - no steel tower, no guy wires;

about feedline lenght ! hi hi << The "only" problem is that tree grows on the top. You would have to use really old one that stopped growing. I can picture "fun" getting 40m antenna through the tree
