I suggest you don't tell them about how you lock it as a work around solution. Because there may be some other RF out there that could trigger it too! Ask them to fix the "susceptibility to RF signal

Two - shields? That would be RG-214 Two shields each made of silver-plated copper braid. Inner dielectric dimension is the same as RG-213 cable RG-214 cable good (usable) to 10 GHz per spec sheets. 2

Mac, Where did you find RG214 with two different shield types? I have seen SPC (silver plated copper) only in my 214 cable and in the various 214 data sheets. Two different shield types could affect

Chuck, I have used standard PL-259 ("UHF") connectors on RG-214 cable. Don't tin the braid excessively and it can be worked into the PL-259 connector part with the solder holes. Just don't forget the
