Hi Vince! I have the predecessor to the MFJ-269... I've got the 259B. It's a fine tool, but like any tool, one must understand how it does what it does, in order to make it most accurate and useful.

Used the CIA-HF since 1998 and wouldn't be without it. Only one that plots the data and has an oscillator accurate to within 200 Hz of dial setting and stays put. Currently selling for $600 but worth

I have the older Autek RF -1 and the MFJ 269. The 269 has the 440 and 2m as well as HF, but is heavy and certainly a bit unwieldy to use on a tower. The Autek HF and VHF models are shirt pocket sized
