I think that's a first rate idea Rick. I work around that by having a notebook computer on the side of the desk with VE7CC running packet. You can set it to display the state. If I see a call I can't

If I understand VE7CC correctly Bill, it looks up the state from a QRZ.COM based database (in the background) and displays that. Of course that may or may not be correct data and it does not do ARRL
