Comments:
It seems like every year I think conditions couldn't get any worse...
and then they do! Although total QSOs on 15m were significantly higher
than 1996, mult total on 15m was substantially lower.
Score would have been much lower if it hadn't been for a primarily
JA run on 15m on Saturday that netted 142 QSOs in 1:40.
