[3830] SOUTH POLE - ANTARCTICA

     Hello,
     
     Need some help.  I worked the following station [KC4AAA],
     on 20m and he claimed to be in Antarctica.  I have checked 
     the FCC database for information for this station, and find 
     nothing. He gave me a NOAA e-mail address - but that kicked 
     back.
     
     Has anybody worked this station, and if so do you have either
     a SNAIL mail address or an e-mail address?
     
     Any help would be greatly appreciated.
