Comments: The two beverages installed since the ARRL 160 test made a
tremendous difference. Power line noise S9+5 on the vertical, S4 on
beverages. Thanks to 108 JAs (40% of QSO points), I made my goal of
200K. Great opening to Asia Sunday at sunrise - HL, VR98, BV, many UA0s.
A few noted west coast DXers would not respond to my request for 2
points! Good subject for another forum on the mindset of "Contesting vs.
DXing"... Had so much fun, I might try the SSB test! CU, Ken
