my transmitter within the limitations of my license and have
observed fully the rules and regulations of the contest.
I was notified after the contest by the qsl manager that I was spotted
on the
cluster with 9m6aac as the spotting station. I had no access to a 2
meter spotting
network, I DID NOT access the internet for any reason at any time during
the
contest and had no knowledge of this until after the fact. This occured
without my knowledge or consent.
