New call is COOL!!! Lots of commnents recieved on my new call!
Here's a timeline sketch of what occurred here @ K9YO
 Friday evening:
The operating table is just getting its final coat of polyurethane
and the first boxes are being unpacked in the new shack.
 Saturday A.M. (2-4AM):
Most of the equipment is on the desk, and I think it looks too crappy.
So, I go through everything and end up throwing a huge box of crap away.
I realize that I have to get some rest before waking up at 6 to go to work.
 Saturday P.M. (4-8PM):
I get home from bowling and work, and get back to cleaning the desk off
of unused junk. By 9 P.M., I have everything in place. My first CQ goes
 out shortly after 9.
 Sunday A.M.:
Wake up at 8 A.M., REALLY refreshed! At that point, I was at ~30 Q's.
I begin on 40, and rack up to about 60 Q's. I move to 20, and rack up
to about 80 Q's before a REALLY strange band closure occurs. It's like
1 second, everyone's S9 and 20 over, and then, nothing. Strange!
 Sunday P.M.:
A repeat of Sunday morning, without the band dropping out. Had to QRT
around 3:30 to finish up some homework for school, and to help
a friend with her college project. I finished at 8PM, and since I was
at 130 Q's, decided to up my goal from 100 to 150. I was really pleased
to get all of my goals, except for 1.
 My Goals:
 100 Q's, 50 Mults, 10K points
It was fun, and I look forward to working everybody in future contests
 with K9YO!
I have observed all competition rules as well as all regulations established
for amateur radio in my country. My report is correct and true to the best
of my knowledge. I agree to be bound by the decisions of the Awards
Committee.
