[3830] Phone SS Score W2CE Low Power S/O

I'm not subscribed to 3830  but I just did  

QRP    250 Q's   X   75 sects    in   11.5 hours

         37,500

That is up 15 Q's, 6 sects from last year.

Rig was Alinco DX-70 in low power with attenuator tp AP8-A ground plane.
Only thing I did wrong was wasting an hour calling VY1A on 20m
