     Comments:  Since I'm now stuck in an apartment for a while, 
                and missed all the Oct, Nov, Dec 1998 contests,
                a big thanks to Evan, AA8TK, for the use of his 
                station. With a modest station I didn't have the 
                openings that others reported, but it sure was fun!

     I have observed all competition rules as well as all regulations for
     amateur radio  in my country.  My report  is correct and true to the
     best of my knowledge.  I agree  to be bound by  the decisions of the
     ARRL Awards Committee.
