We had a blast in this semi-casual effort. We broke in a new
operator and absconded with his call. Max works with me at
the local TV station. Late one night while covering severe
weather, we found we were both hams and extra class hams
at that. Max had been off HF since 1999 and said he would
like to get back into the swing of things. We got him back,
in a big way. He had a great time and is even going to fire
up his old 520 and smell the dust burning once again.
We thank Max for coming on board and the use of his call.

station and Linda, WD5IUS, for the fabulous feasts she
always prepares.
