Strange condx here. Many sig's would jump up several S units for a few minutes
and then be back down to S5 or so. When they would come up, I was able to
work just about any station I heard.
Lots of fun for my last 160m contest from this QRH. Got one more of the
states I need for WAS QRP but failed to hear ME or RI. But I did get MS.
Thanks to all those who had to work hard to get my exchange. cul.
