Comments:
100 watts in to a half sized G5RV at 30ft sure makes things a little
more challenging! Primary station is in boxes waiting for move to new
shack in a few months so used my old 830 with a DESK MIC!no headset :(
That makes logging a pain also! BUT, it was a good time. Can't wait to
operate from my new shack next time. I took off for about 30 minutes
around 745 or so to help put my 2 year old down to bed for the night.
Then had a nother "pull from the rig" distraction later. Glad I wasn't
trying to be serious! I am actually quite pleased w/ the effort with
all things considered! If I only could have really gotten on 80m! Ohwell.
