[3830] Heil headsets

I sent in both my Pro Set and BM-10 for problems #1 and #3.  Cost $20
each plus $5 shipping to have them refurbished.  Think I also requested
an impedance change on the Pro Set transducers to match my FT-1000MP
(the output was too low due to impedance mismatch).
