     Comments: Wow! It's already been said...horrible conditions. Yet, when 
     signals didn't even budge the S-meter, YL2KL came booming in with an
     S7 to S9 reading (Sunday, 1428Z, on 15 meters). Amazing! Bad condx
     brought out the best in so many operators. Who says CW's dead?
