Comments:
I had an unavoidable appointment on early Monday morning so I choose SOSB15 for
the first time in the past 15 years.
Objectives were:
(1) to make more than 4,000 QSOs
(2) to establish a new Asian record
First mission was completed fairly early hours, but the second one was not
successfull. In addition to the comparatively low condex on Sunday, my ordinary
system with IC756PRO+1x3CX800A7(600W) and A4S tribander@16m gave me hard time
to maintain running frequencies in such a crowded situation. The other problem
was that my disc problem came up again and it also gave me a tough time to sit
straight in front of the radio.
Apart from achieving the new Asian record, the other highlight was 40 zones
QSO. In fact this was my first single op effort that I was able to work all
zones on one band. The last one was 29 (tnx to AX8HZ).
QSL via JH7FQK as usual.
