Comments:
A great contest. More Qs this year, fewer zones. 26K lower score.
Had a few problems in the shack:
Two PL-259s loosened up on one of my Bird BUL switches causing RF arcing. That
wiped out a COM port in the PacketCluster PC. Troubleshooting this took away
from operating!
My antenna tuner in the IC-4KL went bad on 15 Meters, causing some operating
difficulty during the day. This will be a winter project.
Conditions were excellent except for the solar gods doing a re-count of the
sunspots mid-day Sunday. Interesting listening to the noise on 160 - 10 during
the flare - 10Meters fared the best.
But, an enjoyable contest, nevertheless.
One of these days I'll operate with two radios.

Bill, N3RR
