Contest: ARRL 160 Meter
ARRL Section: Illinois
Club Competition: Society of Midwest Contesters

Category: Single Operator, High Power (200 Watts)

QSOs Points Sections DX

66 135 28 1

Total Score: 3915

Transceiver: Yaesu FT-1000D
Antenna: Inverted L in the trees vertical section between 60 and 70 feet

Highlight: Having my new stringing of the antenna work really well. Worked
VP5K like he was next door. That's good for my setup!

Comments:

Just got on to give out some points. Not much of a CW contest operator, but
it was good practice. Also didn't have a lot of time as it was a very busy
weekend and I plan to be more active in the 10 meter contest next weekend.
It was my first time really playing in the 160M contest and I had a lot of
fun. I enjoyed myself a lot.

73,

Jon
