Slightly poorer conditions than last year. But made more Qs from longer runs
and slightly better overall score. Worked all states except AK and HI, all VE
except LAB, NU, NW and YU, but DX mults down on 1999 - don't know if that was
me or just less around to work. Same station set up (150w + 5ele) as last time.
