Comments:

Lots of local line noise, especially on the high bands. 
Most of my time was after 02Z, by which time 20 was dead and
40 way too long.  But the activity was great.

Philosophical question: If I get a response from a Florida station but
fail to complete the qso, does this constitute a dangling Chad?
