Congrats to that RAT guy for beating the all time high score! Leave it to Tree
to kick it up a notch.
I had some problems with intermittent infinite SWR on both radios throughout
the contest. We were going to rip apart the station and replace all the coax
and put in Top 10 bandswitching after the 10m contest, but that was delayed
until sometime this year. I think a shield on a keying line broke somewhere
along the line too. After moving VE5SF from 80m to 40m, I suddenly discovered
I could not use more than about 2 watts on 40m without both radios going into a
dead key on state.
Thanks to Mike KH6ND for the late triple mult. It seems like in every NAQP,
someone comes along in the last five minutes for a triple mult. And as always,
thanks to all for the QSYs, and thanks to Don W6EEN.
