Congratulations to the W3LPL team for another fine win in the multi
multi class!
KC1XX and K9NS turned in outstanding scores as well! It is tough to keep
up with these guys!
It is hard to remember a contest that had such good condx spread across
all bands for the entire 48 hr period.
We had many new contest men added to the K3LR team for this event:
Gary, KD9SV joined the K3LR team for the first time. He had a blast with
the great 160 condx.
Ralph, K9ZO came back for his first CW contest with the team and joined
Fred, K9VV on 40 meters.
Single band expert, Scott, K8DX visited for the first time in many years
and worked with 20 meter guru, Pat, N9RV.
This was an outstanding 20 meter team.
On 15 meters K3LR rookie, Ward, N0AX worked with 15 meter stalwart
veteran, Phil, K3UA to produce a fantastic score.
Scotty, N3RA who just had his 3rd child today, was on short term
maternity loan.
Another K3LR rookie, Doug, W9WI drove in from Nashville to operate 10
meters with Ray, ND8L and Tom, K8CX.
Doug's back to back 182 hours on Saturday morning are fabulous!
