Comments:
I was going to do either SB15 or SB10, but decided on 10m when the K index
dropped from 4 in the 1800z period to 2 in the 2100z period the day of the
contest. I figured the disturbance was loosing intensity, but boy was I wrong.
Neither 10 or 15 sounded all that hot in the 15 minutes before the contest
started. However, right after my first CQ on 10, all hell broke loose and I
had a great 195 hour to start. Unfortunately, I only had 4 other hours over
100.
I was hoping for 2500 x 850, but obviously propagation didn't cooperate. I'm
sure glad there are 1 pointers, otherwise my score would have been puny!

The biggest thrill was working A61AJ, 5B4KH, and some other Europeans via long
path a little before midnight on Saturday. Signals were great, but there just
were not too many Europeans beaming long path. Also had some nice DX answer my
CQs (A22HH, SU9ZZ, 5H3JA, J28LP, 9K9Z, FR5FD, 9G5MD, etc).
