With only two operators, neither of whom could operate during the early
morning hours, this wasn't one of our most serious M/S efforts. We
spent a lot of time finding and working mults, but we had about 400
fewer Q's on 40 than last year because we missed the JA runs. This is
the first time in my memory that we've worked Europe on 80 from this
station in a contest and we worked 12 different EU stations. We heard
RU1A quite loudly on 80 around 1500Z, but they couldn't hear us.
