As usual, very few stations, including the so called 'big-guns' bothered to
turn their antennas in the direction of VK so I imagine that a large proportion
of them missed out on our multiplier. I am always completely amazed that I
can receive these "big-guns" (big heads would be a better description) at S9
plus 20 to 30 db yet these 'operators' (I use the term loosely) fail to hear
stations calling them. To those few of you that did look in this direction I
thank you.
