Jerry and I got delayed at O'Hare (ORD) due to thunderstorms.
We arrived around 0200z, after the contest began!
Paul stayed around 5.5 hrs at RIC in order to pick us up!
We had Writelog, XT card, radio interface problems which delayed
our real start until after 0500z...
Lost around 5 QSOs and 30 QTCs because of WL failure.
I added back (for final score) the 30 QTCs to get this score.
Computer problems continued for the first day, but at the end of the
first day Paul fixed the writelog.ini file and we had no problems
after that...Geez! We couldn't give out enough QTC on the second day,
so ended up shooting ourselves out of around 450 QTCs...DUH!
Other than all that, we had alot of fun... :-)
Sounded like something happened 17-18z of the second day....solar storm?
Maybe all the S/O finished up.
