Comments:
After 15 years of participation in CQWW as a part of LY7A Multi-Multi team, I
decided that it is time to try single op?.
Everything went as planed except: bad problems with amplifier on 20m, so time
to time I was forced to run low power and of course bad propagation second
day?. It was painful to listen to South Europeans having nice runs?.
Did not pay much attention to multipliers first day, then I believe it was to
late to have good total numbers.
Discovered that when operating Single Op. is much easier to stay awake for 48
hours than operating M/M. Slept only 30 min. Sunday morning, after that my mind
was fresh again as it was Friday morning.
Thanks goes to: LY3BH for allowing me to use his nice station; to LY3AV team
for allowing to use their TS850 so I had two identical radios, to LY3BA ? who
replaced me at LY7A (instead of recovering after leg surgery)?
