Comments:
The bands seemed somewhat affected by the proton event. For most of the
daylight, 20 meters was experiencing short skip but not much activity. 80
meters sounded very noisy, but 160 was very quiet with good skip. This contest
always seems to have a few propagational surprises. 73, Dave
