All of us had a blast during this contest. What a rush! Great conditions on all
six bands allowed high steady rates throughout the entire weekend, even
stations with modest antennas.
Equipment description: FT-1000D for the main station and Drake TR7/R7 twins
using only beverage antennas for the tuning station. Both stations are
inter-locked to share a Ten Tec Titan amplifier.
Antennas: 160m - 4 element inverted L array in a trapezoidal configuration.
80m - Dipole @ 70ft.
40m - 2 element phased dipole array @ 65ft.
20m - Mosley Pro 67 @ 80ft.
15m - Mosley Pro 67 with a CL-33 @ 40ft, stacked.
10m - Same as above plus a 4el Cushcraft @ 65 fixed on europe.
