Comments:
Lots of fun driving through NE VT, N NH and N Maine! Thanks for all of the
QSOs. Sure is beautiful away from suburbia. Ran a TS-2000 with a mobile whip
on top and on the rear bumper. Operated from the back seat of my '99 VW Beetle
(my wife did the driving). Saw moose along the road in three Maine counties.
Went through 16 counties (4 NH, 2 VT, 10 ME). Stopped to enjoy the scenery in a
bunch of places...
Afterwards we drove through New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, had a nice visit to
Cape Bretan Island(NS). No leaves on the trees up there - and some snow, even
at sea level, was still melting. Nice time of year to visit - before the
tourists arrive (and many business were still closed).
Thanks to everyone who helped out in the planning of the NEQP, and those who
operated! I've heard of at least one clean sweep of all 67 NE counties. See
you again next year.
