Comments:

Lots of fun and frustration this weekend. Personal best score, but not a record
breaker by any means. Had to take an unexpected off time during "prime time"
(0050Z - 0300Z Saturday Night) due to severe lightning. I would have been
satisfied if we had at least gotten some badly needed rain (we are sitting at a
whopping 2 inches so far this year), but only a light show.

Fifteen meters was outstanding, especially at the beginning. Had many daytime
hours where 15M was the only band was open; very few second radio qso's to be
found during those hours.

Big JA sigs on 40M but very poor activity. Hard to generate a big score from
here without the JA 6 pointers. Many W's and MANY MANY Dupes!! Glad the W's
count for 1 point nowadays!

Equipment: FT100D & Ameritron AL1200, TS850S & Alpha 99. KT34XA @ 75' fixed
NE, TH6DXX @ 35' fixed NW, Rotary TH6DXX @ 65', dipoles on 40 & 80. WX0B
Six-Pak, TR Log.

Great contest - thanks to everyone for the QSO's.

73, Gator
